In January 2015 Beth and Niel Wiegand traveled to Papua New Guinea to visit Beth’s sister, Pastor Ann Klavano. Ann is teaching at the Senior Flierl Lutheran Seminary in the Finschhafen area of PNG. On the way we spent a few days in Sydney, Australia.
Our trip was quite an experience like no other “vacation” we’ve had. These are our notes and photos from this trip.
As I put these web pages together I was reminded of the blind men and the elephant. We saw only small parts of Australia and Papua New Guinea. These pages represent only the parts of the elephant that we experienced but still our trip was quite an adventure.
